Informacje o nieruchomości, elementach domu, harmonogramach, przeglądach, naprawach, licznikach i dokumentach są przechowywane lokalnie na urządzeniu użytkownika.
MaintNest nie przesyła tych danych na serwer MaintNest i nie wykorzystuje ich do reklamy ani profilowania.
Backup i raporty
Kopie zapasowe i raporty Home Passport są tworzone na żądanie użytkownika. Użytkownik sam decyduje, gdzie zostaną zapisane lub udostępnione.
Diagnostyka i Sentry
MaintNest wykorzystuje Sentry do diagnostyki błędów i poprawy stabilności aplikacji. Przesyłane dane diagnostyczne są ograniczone i nie obejmują nazw nieruchomości, notatek ani załączników. Dane diagnostyczne nie są wykorzystywane do śledzenia użytkownika ani reklamy.
Powiadomienia i dostęp do plików
Aplikacja może korzystać z lokalnych powiadomień w celu przypominania o zaplanowanych czynnościach konserwacyjnych. Powiadomienia są obsługiwane lokalnie przez urządzenie.
Dostęp do zdjęć i plików następuje wyłącznie wtedy, gdy użytkownik wybierze dokument lub obraz do zapisania w MaintNest.

Information about your property, home items, maintenance schedules, inspections, repairs, meter readings and documents is stored locally on your device.
MaintNest does not upload this home data to a MaintNest server and does not use it for advertising or profiling.
Backups and reports
Backups and Home Passport reports are created only when requested by the user. The user decides where they are saved or shared.
Diagnostics and Sentry
MaintNest uses Sentry for error diagnostics and to improve application stability. Diagnostic data is deliberately limited and does not include property names, notes or attachments. Diagnostic data is not used for user tracking or advertising.
Notifications and file access
The app may use local notifications to remind users about scheduled maintenance. These notifications are handled locally by the device.
Photos and files are accessed only when the user explicitly selects a document or image to add to MaintNest.
